As of January 1, 5th National Savings & Loan and Valley Savings Bank will be merging in order to offer our combined customer base an even wider range of financial services and products. All current 5th National and Valley Savings branches will remain open and will be operating under a new name as of January 1: Fifth Valley Financial.
Even before the merger is complete, customers of either of the two current entities can use any branch of each entity for their banking needs, effective immediately. Additionally, ATM cards issued by either bank can now be used at any current 5th National or Valley Savings automated machine at no charge.
You'll be getting additional information about the new Fifth Valley Financial over the coming months, including details about new checks, deposit slips, rates, and so on.
