This is to advise you of a slight change we will be making to our TV campaign.

Due to recent company-wide budget cuts that directly impact our media schedule, we will be replacing all 30-second TV commercials with 15-second versions starting on the twenty-first of this month. Our agency assures me that they will be able to edit 15-second that will retain all the excitement and benefit communications of our current :30s, at half the media cost. We will be reviewing rough cuts of all :15 versions early next week to determine which spots are indeed worthy of completion and airing in shortened form.

We will be screening all completed :15s internally prior to air. I will advise you when the spots are ready for review.
