This is to advise you of a slight change we will be making to our advertising campaign.
Commercials and print ads will be modified to include communication of the new improvements we've just made to [product]. An efficacy claim ("now 35% longer lasting!") will be added to all TV, radio, and magazine executions. The basic premise of the campaign--superior taste at the lowest price--will remain unchanged.
Commercials and print ads including the new efficacy claim will roll out on the fifteenth of next month. Please see me if you have any questions.
